Role Overview Collaborate with the Organizational Capability management team to implement a first-class onboarding program that supports CDW's strategies and business goals. The position will partner with department stakeholders to implement learning and development strategies to aid in the Account Managers' ability to meet performance expectations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Facilitate sales onboarding classes and other programs * Ensure successful daily program execution including; classroom management, maintenance of all necessary training and development records, testing and measurement processes, self paced learning, e-learning, partner training * Address participant performance management issues and deliver constructive feedback * Coach new Account Managers to develop and refine required skills. Assess individual needs of participants in programs and develop an individual plan to meet identified needs
Responsibilities
* Continuously develop facilitation, instructional design, project management, and organizational development skills based on leading edge concepts * Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to share best practices and support the sales department initiatives * Participate on project teams to design and develop participant and instructional materials * Identify opportunities for continuous program improvement and establish business case recommendations for changes * Maintain an awareness of developments in the learning and development field to ensure that CDW continues to take advantage of best practices * Travel 3-4 weeks a year domestically and/or internationally
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree * 1 year experience facilitating sales and system skills or 1 year experience as a CDW Account Manager

* Ability to analyze varied situations and demonstrate creative solutions * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent planning and organizational skills * Ability to effectively interact with individual at all levels including Senior Leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous sales experience * Project and program management skills * Ability to coach and mentor * Knowledge of the Technology Industry
