 Job Description

Frito Lay Inc., a division of PepsiCo, is the largest and fastest growing snack food manufacturer in the United States. The Account Development Manager is an entry level sales position that will expose successful candidate to sales in the Frito Lay Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment. Primary responsibility will be to develop existing independent, C-store and Small Grocery accounts and solicit new customers within the Chicago marketplace. Successful candidates will leverage strong selling skills and utilize fact base selling. They will drive new product awareness with POS and space expansion. In addition. ADM's will be responsible for store blueprints, daily recaps of selling success, coordinating equipment placements, fielding customer service calls, and merchandising support during key holiday weeks. ADM will be required to collaborate with all levels in the organization and may need to coach front-line employees on merchandising and sales techniques.

 Job Requirements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 3-5 years Sales and/or Sales Management experience required.
- Working knowledge of DSD operations is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of achieving positive business results
- Self starter that is able to work independently to achieve business requirements
- Highly effective influencer and communicator both verbally and in writing
- Keen attention to detail and sharp communication skills;
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Arabic is a plus
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop selling story.
