 Job Description

This position exists to second level computer and telecommunications support to users of Delnor Community Hospital computer and telecommunication systems.


 Job Requirements

Requirements

* The level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of MS classes, or five years applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
* Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
* High school graduate supplemented by college course work in computer science or related field.
* Experience in providing customer service in an environment that supports a variety of computer platforms.
* Minimum of five years progressive experience in information systems.
*

Responsible for 24/7 support on a rotational basis. Required to travel to Delnors offsite locations.
