Manage a team of sales, marketing and merchandising employees within an assigned district in order to achieve company business objectives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans and activities to achieve sales goals. * Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals. * Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. * Deliver sales presentations to key decision makers, assisting direct reports with maintaining relationships and achieving sales results. * Analyze sales statistics to formulate plans and assist accounts in promoting sales * Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications * Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed store expansion. * Monitor and evaluate comparable market products and sales approaches. * Perform management duties to include: hiring & training; performance feedback, corrective action counseling, and terminations * Prepare and manage staffing /store coverage plan to effectively allocate human resources and manage budget * Plan, assign and delegate daily work assignments to employees * Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers/customers * Responsible for meeting POS goals and marketing objectives in assigned market * Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Required Experience
* High school diploma (BA preferred) * Two to five related work experience in sales with a preference for direct sales management and customer relationship management.
