As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting classroom trainings, and supporting special events, to promote specific wireless products.
The ideal candidate is a success-driven, dynamic trainer and public speaker who builds strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and enjoys a fast-paced and changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Conduct formal trainings on all Client products as designated by the client
" Plan travel and ensure all necessary training materials are in order
" Manage assigned territory and conduct local standard store visits
" Understand key Client marketing objectives and provide training support for these objectives
" Complete all required reporting for visits and training events |

| Job Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS:
" High School graduate or equivalent; College degree preferred
" Two to four years of related training experience (BlackBerry preferred)
" Preference may be given to candidates who have Blackberry experience
" Demonstrate technical presentations both at ground and expertise levels
" Strong knowledge of marketing, client relations, and account management
" Understanding of adult learning concepts and training methodology
" Strong verbal and written communication skills
" Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
" Able to use all related computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office)
" Ability to travel (up to 50%)
