 Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst develops complex financial models to support decision making related to business issues including new product development analysis, product portfolio analysis, profitability of new opportunities, impacts of regulatory changes, capital analysis, revenue models and profit margin analysis. Emphasis on forecasting, analyzing current performance through the creation and monitoring of product metrics, and conducting prospective and ongoing economic analysis of products including marketing programs, product pricing, business initiatives and services. The Senior Financial Analyst will perform financial and economic modeling including ROI, DCF, and NPV, product forecasting based on market segments, assist in the development of business case, establish KPIs and monitor performance.


 Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred. Two plus years financial analysis experience preferred with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry a plus. Demonstrated project management experience and experience in working within multi-disciplinary matrix teams. Fluent in economic modeling and business case development. Strong understanding of the marketplace applicable to B2B products and services, with Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry preferred. Proven cross-functional team building skills, superior organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and facilitation skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong desire to work in a dynamic high-growth environment. Must have outstanding skills creating and delivering effective and dynamic presentations.
