This full-time position trains home patients in our clinic on the safe and effective operation and maintenance of all home therapies dialysis equipment through a formal Home Therapies training program. Educate patients and family regarding End Stage Renal Disease and the delivery of the Kidney Options program. Provide ongoing education to patients regarding their renal disease, peritoneal, or vascular access and home dialysis therapy, and other related health conditions.
This is a position for the Home Therapy PD and HHD Programs.
Position may require some local travel, and some on-call.
This position offers:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.). Current appropriate state RN licensure Minimum of one-year medical-surgical/ICU experience preferred. Dialysis experience preferred. PD experience preferred.
