Job Purpose: Assist in benchmarking, claims substantiation, innovation, and new product development projects for writing instruments
Under the supervision of a chemist, this individual is responsible for conducting testing principally focused on benchmarking Sanford and competitor products, substantiating product claims, and assisting in innovation and new product development projects. This would involve product testing, documenting results, interpreting the findings, and formally reporting the results. This also includes conducting quantitative and qualitative tests and analyses, coordinating and maintaining projects and data in a clear and organized manner, and communicating with members of the project team.

Qualifications
" Educational requirement: - Associate's degree in chemistry or closely related field
" Work experience requirement - 0 - 2 years experience in a laboratory setting
" Familiarity with basic laboratory testing
" Highly motivated, a self-starter, and capable of multi-tasking
" Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
