The overall role of the job is to manage, maintain and update regulatory evaluations of products to assure accurate, consistent and up-to-date information is readily available to internal and external customers. This role requires a team-oriented individual who is a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independantly on assigned tasks and capable of multi-tasking. Essential Duties: ᄋDevelope, organize, coordinate, and maintain accurate product regulatory information. Assure updated information is readily accessible to product teams. ᄋAssist product development teams with compliance to applicable product regulations, obtain documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance and assure information is readily available to internal and external customers. ᄋReview chemical formulations to identify regulations and standards that would be applicable to the product. ᄋProvide consistent, professional and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Work with Customer Relations to identify customer expectations for product information and develop standard responses to address these inquiries. ᄋDevelop MSDS for new products and review existing MSDS for completeness, accuracy and up to date information. Enter MSDS on internal and external websites. ᄋAssure product testing is in accordance with internal process and 3rd party certification requirements. Assure testing is completed, communicated to the product development teams and documented without adversely impacting project schedule. |

| Job Requirements |
Qualifications
* ᄋBS in chemistry, toxicology, product safety or closely related field. Work Experience Requirements: ᄋ At least 3 years of work experience in a technical position. Technical Experience and other Requirements: ᄋProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Microsoft Access helpful ᄋSome travel required.
