Lake Forest School Districts 67 & 115 seek a dynamic and creative administrative professional to join the staff in the Superintendents office. Candidates should have relevant and successful experience providing key clerical support in a fast-paced and busy environment. Advanced computer literacy including word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential; candidates with desktop publishing, web and collaborative software skills will be given priority. Operation of multi-line telephones, fax machines, high-volume copying machines, and other business tools is required.

Candidates must demonstrate a history of effective interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to solve problems with limited supervision, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. The selected individual will report to the Superintendent and will take direction from the Superintendents Executive Assistant. Compensation for this assignment will be based on the selected individuals background and experience; full health insurance and retirement benefits will be included. This is a 12-month, full-time assignment.
