General duties to include but not limited to the following:
" Answer and direct calls in an efficient, accurate, professional and pleasant manner. " Manage facility resource including projectors, conference rooms, hoteling spaces, and demo rooms. " Manage facility purchase orders and budges and produce detail financial reports and vendor files. " Coordinate and track all maintenance requests ensuring to keep detailed records including cost. " Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly financial and space reports as requested and required. " Document front desk procedures. " Perform other administrative support duties as required by the department or office.

Education: BA/BS in facility management, business preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years related office/admin experience Salary: 31 to 34K annually with full benefits
I am looking for individuals who are innovative, motivated and with excellent organizational/time management and computer skills. Candidates should have a background in dealing with vendors, and managing purchase orders/budgets with excellent attention to detail. Previous facility and/or administrative experience are preferred. In addition, Candidates must have excellent communication skills (written, verbal), and must excel at customer service and multi tasking.
