Responsibilities will include: 1. Monthly draw review and preparation. 2. Accounts payable. 3. Accounts receivable. 4. Bidding and construction budget preparation. 5. Project performance analysis and reporting. 6. Internal control/policy compliance management. 7. Construction cost accounting. 8. Change order preparation. 9. Financial statement preparation. 10. Financing application preparation. 11. Tax return review and coordination. 12. Payroll and sales tax preparation and/or oversight
Job Requirements
Skills and abilities must include: 1. CPA a plus but not required. 2. Must have strong working knowledge of QuickBooks. 3. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. 4. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills. 5. Experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook. 6. Ability to work independently and be project motivated. 7. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details. 8. Desire to learn and grow with our Firm
