A Marketing Regional Senior Manager creates new marketing concepts or products for Allstate, specific business units or external constituents to enhance corporate growth and profitability. Their work provides direction for the internal and external marketing initiatives across multi-access channels.
In alignment with corporate goals, specific responsibilities for the Marketing Regional Senior Manager will include:
Marketing leadership within regional Market Operating Committees;
Formulating, implementing, and managing a regional marketing plan and it's related strategies and tactics for maximum returns;
Overall leadership of regional Marketing and Customer Experience consultations;
Proactively interfacing across multiple Areas of Responsibility (AOR)'s to ensure alignment of strategies;
Managerial leadership of a Marketing team;
Strict adherence to a Marketing budget;
Sharing accountability of regional performance;
Up to 50% travel.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of marketing experience or experience in a relevant field such as Sales or Corporate Relations as well as demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility in:
Proven ability to interact with senior management;
Proven ability to develop and implement marketing initiatives and to drive and measure results;
Proven ability to build and develop relationships with various levels of leadership;
Demonstrated ability to build and develop talent;
Advanced communication skills;
Experience in a financial services organization a plus.
